For the companies that maintain splash pads
The water people play in needs a record behind it.
Splash pads in parks, communities and resorts put the public in the water every warm day of the season. Cascalto is built for the service companies that keep them running: a check before the gates open, water chemistry on every visit, activators and jets that work, and a log that is ready the day an inspector asks.

What splash pad clients judge you on
Four things a splash pad asks of its service company.
-
01
People are in the water
On a splash pad the public is in the spray — mostly children, who run through it and get it in their mouths. A recirculating pad is treated much like a pool; a flow-through pad still needs clean nozzles, drains and surfaces every day it opens.
On the recordWater chemistry on every visit, flagged against the range you set for that pad, with the action taken.
-
02
The inspector can come any day
Many places set requirements for splash pads and inspect them the way they inspect public pools, and the parks department or the community board wants to see the checks. The log has to be complete on the day someone asks — not pieced together afterwards.
On the recordDaily checks in order on each pad’s record, ready to share on the spot.
-
03
Open on time, every warm day
Pads open on a set date and are expected to run whenever the weather is warm. An activator that does nothing or a dead jet gets reported by parents within the hour — and where winters freeze, the pad is commissioned in spring and winterized in autumn.
On the recordYour splash pad maintenance checklist, run every morning — activators, every jet, drains — and both seasons by protocol.
-
04
Many pads, one service company
A city or a large community can have pads spread across many parks, each with its own equipment vault, its own treatment and its own quirks. Keeping each one straight is the job.
On the recordEach pad its own water feature, with its equipment and history, on recurring visits.
Before the gates open · sample
Checked, fixed and open before nine.
Saturday, 8:30 am, the Riverside splash pad. Cascalto is built so the opening check is a checklist on the technician’s phone — the water, the treatment, the activator, every jet, the drains — and the record is on file before the first family arrives.

Built for splash pad work
What Cascalto is built to do for your splash pad clients.
- Keep each splash pad as a water feature of its own, with its activators, nozzles, pumps, filter and treatment equipment
- Log water chemistry on every visit and flag any reading outside the range you set for that pad
- Run the opening check as a checklist — activator, every jet, drains and surface — before the gates open
- Follow a weak jet or a dead activator from the visit it was found to the visit it was fixed
- Commission each pad in spring and winterize it in autumn by protocol, every step recorded
- Share the water chemistry log when an inspector asks, and send the client a Water Feature Report each month
Cascalto is built for the splash pad maintenance company. The parks department, the community or the resort that owns the pad is your client.
